Centara Resorts & Resorts has expanded its footprint in south-east Asia following the signing of resort management agreements for a few new houses.
Just one resort is situated in Khao Yai, Thailand, while the other two are positioned in Vang Vieng, Laos.
In whole, the three properties add 304 keys to the group portfolio.
In Laos, Centra by Centara Riverside Vacation resort Vang Vieng (previously Thavisouk Island Resort) and Thavisouk Riverside Resort & Spa Vang Vieng, Centara Boutique Collection (previously Thavisouk Riverside Resort) are situated on the reverse sides of the Nam Track River, connected by a non-public bridge linking the two attributes.
The two rebranded riverside houses are expected to open up in quarter 4, following the completion of substantial refurbishment programmes.
